Turmeric Ginger Latte (Golden Milk)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp ground ginger (or fresh grated)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • Pinch black pepper

Instructions

In a small pot, whisk milk + turmeric + ginger + cinnamon + black pepper.

Heat gently (don’t boil), stirring until hot.

Remove from heat, stir in honey. Serve warm.
