Roasted Spiced Chickpeas

High-protein, crunchy snack
Makes: about 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained, rinsed, patted dry
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).

Toss chickpeas with oil and spices.

Spread on baking sheet, roast ~25–30 min, shaking halfway, until crispy
