Makes: ~12 balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup nut butter (almond, peanut, etc.)
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp chia seeds or flax seed
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips or dried fruit (optional)
- Pinch salt

Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Roll into balls (~1 in diameter).
Refrigerate ~30 min to set. Keep refrigerated.
