Energy Balls (Oats & Nuts)

Common snack on healthy recipe blogs
Makes: ~12 balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup nut butter (almond, peanut, etc.)
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or flax seed
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips or dried fruit (optional)
  • Pinch salt

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.

Roll into balls (~1 in diameter).

Refrigerate ~30 min to set. Keep refrigerated.
