Healthy dessert staple in many blogs
Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled & pitted
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch salt
- Optional: non-dairy milk (to thin), berries or shaved chocolate to top

Instructions
Blend avocado, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, salt until smooth.
If too thick, add splash of milk and blend again.
Chill at least 30 min. Serve cold, topped with berries or chocolate shavings.
