Makes: about 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained, rinsed, patted dry
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp cumin
- Salt & pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
Toss chickpeas with oil and spices.
Spread on baking sheet, roast ~25–30 min, shaking halfway, until crispy
