Simple, popular vegan treat
Serves: 2–3
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, peeled, sliced & frozen
- 2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
- Splash of non-dairy milk (as needed)
- Optional: berries, cocoa nibs, chocolate chips
Instructions
In a high-speed blender or food processor, blend frozen bananas until creamy (stop
& scrape as needed).
Add nut butter, blend again.
If too thick, add small splash of milk.
Serve immediately or freeze brief
