Refreshing salad from healthy / summer blogs
Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 4 cups cubed watermelon
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Optional: drizzle of honey or balsamic glaze

Instructions
In a bowl, combine watermelon, feta, mint.
Drizzle with lime juice (and honey if desired). Toss gently and serve chilled.
