Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 medium sweet potato, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 °F (220 °C).
Toss Brussels sprouts and sweet potato with olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet in one layer. Roast ~20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until
tender and caramelized.
